Sunday evening I read this at Ryanair's website:
23:10 9262 Alghero Sardinia to Girona (Barcelona) ETA 2330 EARLIER DE-ICING OF AIRCRAFT AT NIEDERRHEIN
Why would they de-ice an aircraft at NRN when temperatures are like 8 degrees Celsius? Anyone knows if this information is correct?

CEO Alex van Elk says in this Dutch article that there will be in probably 2 months cargoflights with a 'Russian manufactured' plane from NRN. The plan to base this plane (Antonov-...?) at the airport.
