Are you a Guterloh spotter?? Are you in possesion of a (digital)camera??
Please post some pics here in the forum from nowadays. We are very interested in how it looks like now!!!
I was only once in Gutersloh wenn they flew with Harrier GR3's. And the 230sqn and 18sqn were there also.
There was also a rotation at that time with Belgian F-16's.
Gutersloh was one of the best RAFG places to spot and fotograph. And was always great for visiting aircraft!
By the way:
I just Learned that Gutersloh is now called Princess Barracks
So we have :
RAF Bruggen - Javelin Barracks
RAF Wildenrath - R.I.P.
RAF Gutersloh - Princess Barracks
RAF Laarbruch - Airport NIederrhein - Airport Dusseldorf-Weeze

the full correct name would be : princess royal barracks, as princess anne stands behind it all.
I do have digital pics from nowadays, and will try hard to check them out to see, if there is stuff which shows how it looks around there. runway 09 still looks the same, and even the shelters from no.3 and no.4 sqn. still excist. the big terminal from 18 sqn. is now beeing used from the aac. they just invest 100 mio euro in an new infratsructrure and several new buildings.
