Hello,
Last weekend i recieved an email from Tuifly for our booked flight in september to Venezia.
We booked departure airport Cologne at the 3rd of september.
Back at the 8th of september.
Now we have new flyingtime on the 4th of september and Departure airport changed from Cologne to Dusseldorf.
Is that possible they can do a such big change?

I really don't know, I think they can... because of the conditions (who reads them???) in the small print...

Have you called tuifly?? Maybe they can give you an answer or other options?

They are allowed to do that. I had the same problem with them with my PMI-flight last year. But it's a cause to claim your money back and fly maybe from NRN to Venezia-Treviso with another airline
