I don't know who they fly for.
The enter air has passengers on the departure, but not on arrival. (On the 12th they do have passengers on arrival and not on departure).
The Fokker has passengers on the departure only, so there must be a flight back sometime soon too

I heard that Avanti Air is willing to fly here more often, which means more Fokkers
