Maybe I'm a bit optimistic in this topic... (and I have thought about posting this in the airport cafe..) But I know that some airport people also read the forum and maybe this is important for them..
On one day (weekend) (dunno excact date yet..) in 2012 we can expect an very large amount of General Aviation traffic at NRN.
Today, the dutch press announced that "Floriade 2012" will be held in Venlo (20km south of NRN)
This is the biggest agriculture exhibition in the world!! So this means a lot of VIP's who come by aircraft.
It is said in the press, that wenn organizing such a big event an nearby airport is a must!
So, see ya all in 2012!!
