I am just back from my holiday to Turkey. While it was a non-spotting holiday so I didn't visit airfields during my stay. We departed at 03/08/04 from Eindhoven airport to Antalya airport.

Also two Turkish Air Force C-130's. I dind't use binoculairs and didn't make/had time to spot. Everything was noted from the taxiing plane. Antalya is an busy airport with very large tarmac area's.
During my stay near Side I twice saw a black/white Alouette II flying at low level, possibly police. No serial. Also several cropdusting airplanes flying very low and spectacular over the fields. Also not close enough to see a serial.
At 08/08/04 we had an excursion to a Antalya when we passed the military gate of the airfield.

During this excursion we visited a waterfall near the city center. Made some pictures of aircraft on their way from Antalya airport and read the registrations afterwards. There was only one picture sharp enough to read the serial.

At 10/08/08 we had our trip back from Antalya to Eindhoven in the middle of the night.

, we tried to fly from Niederrhein, but all flights where full .... so we had to take Eindhoven. By the way, facilities are not so good at Eindhoven then at Niederrhein.See ya
