What does "Samco" mean?

Samco is a company that does maintenance and storage of aircraft at Maasstricht and since there was not enough place in Maasstricht for all the flybe aircraft a few years ago rhey made a small office here as well.
Right now the runway is closed in MST for several weeks, could be the reason they land here now
