POSSIBLE VOLCANO DISRUPTIONS IRELAND & UK 4 MAY 2010
Ryanair has been advised by the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) of possible disruptions and closures of some Irish and the UK airspace from 0600hrs on Tuesday 4th May. Ryanair expects some disruptions and cancellations, particularly to / from airports in the west of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
As information is made available by the IAA during the evening of 3rd May and early morning 4th May, Ryanair will update intending passengers through the Ryanair.com website. All intending passengers flying with Ryanair on 4th May should check in online or at the departure airport as normal.

The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) have informed all airlines that Irish Airports will be impacted tomorrow Tuesday 4th May by the restrictions they are imposing as a result of the drift south of the volcanic ash cloud caused by the north easterly winds.
As a result all Ryanair flights scheduled to operate to/from Ireland including Belfast and City of Derry from 06:00hrs up to 14:00hrs tomorrow the 4th May are cancelled. All UK airports including Scotland appear to be unaffected at this time.
Passengers due to travel on flights to/from Ireland between 6:00hrs - 14:00hrs are advised NOT to go to the airport.
Ryanair will update this page at 09:00hrs Tuesday 4th May.
